Located in one of the tallest and most beautiful buildings in the central area of Roppongi — the Midtown Tower (248 meters, 53 floors). The hotel is less hyped than some of its premium competitors, although it does have nice advantages: huge rooms (at least 52 square meters) and refurbished (Sony Bravia TV in the bathroom, Frette linens, Bulgari toiletries, state-of-the-art bar lighting and curtain control, DVD player, luxurious marble bathrooms with walk-in showers and bathtubs). And at an altitude of over 200 meters, the views from the rooms are breathtaking.
As is often the case at the Ritz-Carlton, the style is classic. Of particular note is the luxury of the lobby on the 45th floor, where works of art are exhibited. The Tokyo Station Hotel
The only institution located directly in the iconic Tokyo station. The hotel originally opened its doors to its guests in 1915, a year after Japan’s largest train station opened to the public. Tokyo Station reopened in 2012 after six long years of closure, during which it was completely renovated to offer the city a new luxury establishment.
